Declarations and By-Laws

Our organization was founded in July, 1974, as provided by the Illinois General Not for Profit Corporation Act.
Articles of Incorporation and By-laws documents are available via the document links to the right.

Each individual homeowners' association has its own set of Declarations and By-Laws.  There are three individual homeowners associations that belong to the Village IV Organization:

• Manor Homeowners (MHOA)

• Patio Homeowners (PHOA)

• Townhome Owners (THOA)
