Board of Directors

Each association is governed by a Board of Directors, which makes important decisions regarding the business of each organization.

Each Board is made up of nine positions:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Directors (5 positions)

The President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer positions make up the Executive Board of each association.

Elections for each Board of Directors associations are held annually in May.  Each Village IV Board position is a one-year term, so all nine positions are up for election each year.

The individual association Board positions (MHOA, PHOA, and THOA) are for three-year terms, so three positions are up for election each year.
